PN-67165 Scope of Work: Replace all heating system victaulic plumbing fittings with welded pipe site wide. The project square footage is 56,481. Remove and replace drywall as needed. New drywall, texture and paint to match existing. Question Deadline: Thu 03/30/2023 05:00 PM via e-mail to solicitations@washoeschools.net Each individual bid shall be accompanied by a surety company issued Bid Bond or by a Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Washoe County School District, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, said amount to be forfeited to WCSD, should the Contractor to whom the Contract is awarded fail to enter into the Contract in accordance with the Contractor's bid and any other contract documents and furnish the required bonds within ten (10) days after the delivery of notice of such award. Bid Bonds, upon request, or deposits of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon signing of Contract, or within forty-five (45) days from bid date, whichever is earlier.
