Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting proposals for all labor, material, equipment, and appliances necessary to provide landscape and property maintenance as described in the following sections. Maintenance shall include regular site and landscape maintenance with the specified frequency of TMWA's Corporate Office, Glendale Water Treatment Plant (GWTP), Longley Lane Water Treatment Plant (LLWTP), Chalk Bluff Water Treatment Plant (CBWTP), Mt. Rose Water Treatment Plant (MTRWTP), Highland Reservoir, Hunter Creek Reservoir, Verdi Hydro Plant Site, Lumber Yard, Forebay Spill Area and Verdi Canal, TMWA Owned Fire Breaks, Water Tank Sites, Well Sites & Pump Sites, Fish Springs Wells, Tanks & Pump Stations, various wells and pump stations as well as Highland Canal Sections upstream and downstream of the CBWTP. Additional Pre Bid Meeting Note: All companies submitting a proposal must attend all site visit locations. A break from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm will be held for lunch. TMWA will not provide lunch to any attendees. Any prospective bidder arriving after 8:00 a.m. shall be considered late and shall not be permitted to attend the conference. TMWA will accept and entertain proposals from only those Bidders in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference.
