Site work and paving for a road / highway in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of April 10, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work shown on the Drawings and/or described in the Specifications, entitled 2023 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROJECT, prepared by Lumos & Associates, Inc. in a professional manner, and as may be required by the documents identified in Article 7 of this Contract. Notice is Hereby Given that the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, Nevada (RTC) is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the 2023 Preventive Maintenance Project. The major work items include: Asphalt pavement removal, patching and crack sealing, miscellaneous surface treatments including Micro-Surfacing and cape seal, pavement markings, utility adjustments, traffic control and public relations activities.
