The Town of Williamstown is seeking proposals for the service of asphalt road chip sealing. The Project consists of chip sealing approximately 55,000 square yards of asphalt road. Chipseal specification sheets are available upon request by emailing cclough@williamstownma.gov or by calling 413-597-8363. The Town of Williamstown is the awarding authority and reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject any or all proposals. No bid deposit is required. Bids are subject to M.G.L. chapter 30 and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. chapter 149. Bidders must be qualified from Mass DOT to be eligible and will be reviewed to confirm that they are on the Mass DOT pre-qualification list.
