Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the addition of a 61,709-square-foot, three-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and for the renovation of a 282,950-square-foot medical facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Construction of the new Coronary Care building and renovations to existing Hospital to accommodate new building and consisting of concrete foundations and slab on grade, structural steel and decking, masonry exterior walls, windows, man doors, overhead doors, exterior walls with metal siding, 2 ply mod. Bit. roof, interior walls and fit-ups, mechanical and Electrical equipment as indicated and directed by Engineer-Architect. .2 Contractors must be familiar and abide by the requirements of the Horizon Health Networks "Policies and Procedures for Contractors" manual attached as an Appendix to this specification. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
