Site work, new construction and renovation of a recreation facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility; for the construction of a 3,240-square-foot, one-story above grade recreation facility; and for the renovation of a recreation facility.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: - Construction of a 300m sq, single story, wooden construction with some steel reinforcement building to house Lemurs in the magnetic hill zoo. Building and site will include interior and exterior animal holding areas, animal exhibit viewing areas, and public viewing / gathering areas. - Relocation of two (2) existing lemur exterior outdoor metal arched enclosures (approximately 35'L x 26'W x 15'H in size) and attach chutes to building. - Complete Architectural, Civil, Landscaping, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical work required within as required to facilitate new construction. - Work of this project involves all work outlined in the contract documents and will include but is not necessarily limited to demolition, site work, new walls, ceilings, flooring, casework, doors, frames, finishes, cutting, patching and making good walls, ceilings floors, roofs along with all work associated with Mechanical and Electrical services. - Supply and install zoo specialized caging as per the "Containment Package" - Landscaping required in a couple separate locations within the zoo to install some predominate signage, sitting areas, and public viewing areas - Site work around waterways, WAWA permits required. - Extending existing utility services such as water, wastewater, and storm. - Coordination with NB Power to supply and install new overhead pole line to a new takeoff pole.
