The Watertown Housing Authority invites Sealed Bids from contractors for the Seasonal Lawn Maintenance Service. The Project consists of: Seasonal weekly grass cutting, early season mulching, trimming & leaf removal which is described in the attached procurement package. For a SEASONAL LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICE, VARIOUS DEVELOPMENTS, subject to M.G.L.c30B, & Prevailing Wage according to Ch.149. Sections 26 to 27H. Procurement statutes for Public Housing Developments at Woodland Towers (667-2), McSherry Gardens Apartments (667-1), Munger Apartments A & B Building (WHDA & 667-3 respectively), Lexington Gardens (200-1, 200-3), Willow Park (200-2) for the Watertown Housing Authority BIDS may only be hand delivered or mailed to 55 Waverley Avenue, Watertown, MA 02472 and should be received no later than the date and time specified above. This Contract will be for one (1)year with the option to extend for an additional year. Total of two (2) consecutive years, maximum term.
