For the following: (1) 1,000 ton # 8 stone, to be bid delivered and FOB; (2) 100 ton 2A stone, to be bid delivered and FOB; (3) 75 ton #3 stone, to be bid delivered and FOB; (4) 35,000 gallon CRS-2; (5) 5,000 gallon CRS-2P; (6) 150 ton Superpave Wearing Course (9.5 mm); (7) 50 ton Superpave Binder Course (19 mm); (8) 10,000 gallon low sulfur red-dyed diesel (off road); (9) 5,000 gallon unleaded 87 gas All quantities are more or less. Pulaski Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids must be on the forms furnished by the Town-ship and must be accompa-nied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid.
