1. All required permits are to be obtained by the roofing contractor. 2. Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to install the roof system over the properly prepared substrate. 3. All lightning protection to be reinstalled on new alum. Adhesive pads set in white urethane adhesive to match existing. 4. All TPO accessories required for warranty. 5. Install rigid EPS flute fill to fit existing standing seam profile. 6. Overlay flute fill with 4'x8'x1.5" polyiso. Keep all joints tight. 7. Mechanically fasten 1:2 SF - 16 fasteners per 4'x8' board. With OMG #14 screws and plates. Pull tests were performed by OMG. 1:2 SF fasting rate is required. 8. Install a fully adhered .045 white TPO membrane roof system. Follow all standard TPO details for a 15 year Garland warranty. 9. Fill the existing box gutter in section #1 with polyiso and spray expanding foam. Add 20 Ga closure angle to support new 1.5" polyiso. Mechanically fasten to wall and standing seam roof max. 12" o.c. 10. Install a polyiso saddle at the existing box gutter. The saddle slope is to be 2x's the field slope. Extend 16 feet at the widest point. 1.5" x 24" tapered woof fiber at roof curbs. Double layer Q's at large box gutter cricket to yield 1": FT back slope. Offset layers by 12" 11. Remove existing gutter. Install new 22 Ga prefinished straight back gutters per field sketch. Fasten to continuous 2x6 and not the flute blocking with 1/4 " S.S. lag screws max. 12" o.c. (gutter bar screws). Gutter to match existing girth. Submit shop sketches for approval before fabrication. Install new gutter head at existing gutter. 12. Install new 22 Ga Garland prefinished 4x5 downspouts 2 each for section #1. Anchor downspouts to the existing metal siding every 5 feet. Install new PVC 13. All contractor fabricated metal from Garland flat stock- Standard colors. 14. Install polyiso. crickets at all roof curbs. Slope to be twice the field slope. 15. At parapet walls, run the new TPO membrane up 12", install termination bar and 22 Ga prefinished Garland counter flashing. 16. Follow all standard Viking TPO Membrane details.
