Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Hamilton, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
The City of Hamilton (the "City") invites interested parties to submit sealed statements of qualifications for consultant engineering services related to its Hamilton Beltline Trail Phase 4 project (the "Project"). City personnel will not meet individually with consultants to discuss this project. All questions shall be submitted the City's portal. The deadline for questions is March 24, 2023 at 2:00 PM. The City of Hamilton requests your qualifications to provide professional engineering services to perform detailed engineering and prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, and bidding/contract documents for the Hamilton Beltline Recreational Trail - Phase 4 project, in compliance with Ohio Department of Transportation and AASHTO standards. The project scope includes a new 10' wide by 150' long, single span, pedestrian bridge over Two Mile Creek; and 3400' of 10' wide asphalt trail with 2' shoulders, along former CSX rail corridor from Eaton Avenue to Main Street. Consultant must be an ODOT prequalified consultant for the type of work to be performed. Environmental work shall be performed by a firm on the ODOT prequalified list for Environmental Services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
