Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Willow Springs, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work under this contract includes milling and resurfacing along Santa Fe Drive, Rust Trail, Louis Drive, Blackstone Avenue & Beverly Lane; restoring access from LaGrange Road, placing topsoil and seeding on three sites within Tollway right-of-way between LaGrange Road and the ICC Railroad, milling and resurfacing of the Forest Preserves of Cook County parking lot, milling and resurfacing along Old Willow Springs Road and Willow Boulevard, restoration of the John Husar Trail, John Husar Trail realignment and slope stabilization, restoration of LASMA Island access, excavation and grading of detention basin, final seeding and stabilization of the LASMA Island detention basin, construction of Decorative Wall at Willow Springs Road, traffic control and miscellaneous work. Questions pertaining to the intent of the contract documents may be sent to the Illinois Tollway, received no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on March 28, 2023.
