Remodeling and addition to a retail development in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,016-square-foot retail development; and for the remodel of a retail development.
This project primarily consists of the following work: 1. Enclosed addition of 1056 square feet and a covered exterior dining addition of 960 square feet. 2. Remodeling of kitchen, restroom and dining area. Bids Must Be Properly Signed, and Any Bid Addendums Acknowledged, by an Authorized Representative of the Company With the Legal Capacity to Bind the Company to the Contractual Agreement. In Addition, the Authorized Representative's Signature of the Proposal Assures the Company's Understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids Properly Received Will Be Accepted. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid if the Evidence Submitted by, or Investigation of, Such Bidder Fails to Satisfy the City That Such Bidder is Properly Qualified to Carry Out the Obligations of the Contract and to Complete The Work Contemplated Herein.
