Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of thirteen (13) rooftop Units (RTUs) at the 920 Barlow Road main campus on Cottonwood Hall, Aspen, Hall, Spruce Hall, and at 300 Main Street on the Bloedorn Center building. The new RTUs will be upgraded and connected into the campus wide Honeywell Niagara 4 Building Automation System (BAS). The intense UV lights shall assist in controlling germs, viruses, and fungi within the RTUs airstream, on the cooling coil, and drain pans and help prevent it from becoming airborne. the germicidal lamps shall clean the RTU systems and help prevent these contaminates from incoming airborne and circulating throughout the building. the indoor air quality filtration systems currently installed on the existing RTU to be replaced will be removed from the unit prior to demolition and turned over to the owner.
