This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE, Solicitation 75H70123Q00006 for a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS). This project will provide sanitation facilities to a private home owned by a member of the Cowlitz Tribe. The work is to be completed to a private home, under the jurisdiction of Cowlitz County, WA. This project will be procured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. The associated size standard for this procurement is $45 million. The offeror must be a Small Business to be eligible for award. For information concerning NAICS and SBA size standards, go to http://www.sba.gov. SCOPE OF WORK: This project is for the installation of a residential drinking water well on fee land. The contractor shall drill the well, consisting of welded steel casing, PVC liner (as needed), sanitary seal (as needed), well screen (as needed), well development, test pumping, and water sampling. The estimated well depth based on existing nearby wells is 450 feet. All appurtenances, including a submersible pump and pressure system, will be contracted separately. LOCATION OF PROJECT: Work is to be completed on a private home, under the jurisdiction of Cowlitz County in the state of Washington. TERO: TERO is not applicable. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Period of Performance is 30 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(b).
