This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Tazewell, Virginia. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
It shall be the responsibility of the awarded contractor to visit the awarded site a minimum of one (1) time per week and to perform the indicated services as required: 1) Mowed areas (indicated on the following maps) will be maintained between 2 inches to 6 inches. 2) Weed-eating will be provided around all fixed items on site. 3) All litter, trash and debris will be collected and properly disposed of completely. All grounds maintenance debris shall be removed the day it is generated ( no piles left after closing time of site for the evening) 4) Contractor shall provide any and all incidentals and equipment for the performance of this contract. Contract period is from April 3, 2023 through March 31, 2024.The at least weekly services period is April 3, 2023 through October 31, 2023. DWR will have the lake under management agreement through May 2024 There will not be a site visit. Prospective bidders can contact TOM HAMPTON at 276-780-6734 to make arrangements for site access.
