Renovation of a museum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded using best value tradeoff as the source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation. NAICS CODE: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has been scheduled for Monday March 21, 2023 at 1:00 PM. Participants will meet at: Independence National Historical Park, Free Quaker Meeting House at 500 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. ADDITIONAL INFO: Vendors are required to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and an active registration in SAM, System for Award Management (https://sam.gov/) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. Online Representations and should be filled out in https://sam.gov/. A Bid Guarantee will be required with the Solicitation. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required within 10 days of award. See Section I of the clauses for additional information. Period of Performance: 04/24/2023 to 07/24/2023 Base Contract includes: 1. Free Quaker Meeting House at 500 Arch Street 2. Merchants Exchange Building at 143 South 3rd Street 3. Pemberton House at 318 Chestnut Street *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
