Manufacturer Api License Number (Name is Optional) Api Monogram Date of Manufacture and Location of Mill Pipe Size, Wall Thickness, Weight/ft and Grade Product Specification Level (Psl 1or Psl 2) Process of Manufacture (Erw, Dsaw, Etc) Heat Treatment Symbol (Hs,hn,etc.) and Heat Number Test Pressure (Psi) Note: Actual Material Test Reports and a Certificate of Compliance Are Required. Certifications Showing Only Typical Properties Are Not Acceptable. The Awarded Vendor Will Invoice Once Pgw Assumes Ownership of the Material. Pgw Will Assume Ownership Once the Material is Requested to Be Released for Coating.
