Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
No bids received per owner Birch, Welch, and Roberts Residence Hall-Exterior Grading, Waterproofing, and Sidewalk Repair Cost Estimate: $46,000 TSB goal: 10% Final Completion: July 28, 2023 Project Manager: Jennifer Evans Construction Manager: John Boehmer Design Professional: SHIVE HATTERY ENGR & ARCH INC, Matthew Klein, 319-354-3040 This project includes, but is not limited to installation of new sub drain along the south exterior wall of Welch Hall and west exterior wall of Birch Hall, within the south courtyard. This new sub drain will be connected to a new area intake. There will be additional storm pipe connecting the new intake to an existing manhole. On the west side of the courtyard, the area of an existing intake will be regraded, the intake itself removed and replaced at a lower elevation to help move water away from the sidewalk. The entire site will be regraded for improved drainage. Refer to the Drawings for complete scope of Work. As of August 23, 2023, no new information available
