Renovation of a swimming pool in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award. This project has a participation goal of 10% for certified Targeted Small Businesses as specified in the Project Requirements. The project consists of, but is not limited to, replacement of existing pool steam-to-water heat exchanger and associated piping and controls.
