Traffic paint in totes lines 2,3, 9 & 10 shall be delivered to the designated maintenance garages specified on the purchase order meeting the requirements of Section B of the attached specification. The Iowa DOT will order full truckload quantities to be delivered to specified locations. Orders will be emailed to the successful vendor. Materials shall be delivered to the maintenance garages indicated on the purchase order between 7:30 A.M. and 3:30 P.M. on any day except Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday. Locations must be notified 24 hours in advance of any delivery to ensure DOT personnel is available to take delivery Traffic paint in drums & cans on Lines 4-7 & lines 11-14 are to be shipped on pallets. Materials shipped in full pallet quantities shall be stacked and securely banded and/or shrink wrapped on four-way entry pallets; in the past measuring 40" x 48" with a height of merchandise plus pallet not to exceed 60". Pallets should be made of durable material strong enough to hold weight of product.
