On the exterior a metal entrance ramp and landing is to be included. Alternate Bid Items, ABI's, are described in detail in the project specification and generally include: ABI#1: Dividing walls defining the break room and training room, kitchenette finishes, doors and ceiling ABI#2: Kitchenette appliances, window treatments, wall hung white boards and audio-visual equipment ABI#3: Construct concrete entrance ramp and landing in place of fabricated metal ABI#4: Provide and install tile finishes where specified. Demonstrated bonding capability up to $1,000,000.00 for an individual project coincidentally with current and anticipated workloads; provide letter from surety that affirms this capacity.
