Said Owner will email with receipt confirmation, to bidders who have taken out the bid package by March 28, 2023, interpretations of all questions so raised which in the opinion of the Owner require interpretation. Oral interpretations given to prospective bidders will have no standing. This Invitation to Bid is being conducted under MGL c.30 s. 39M. In addition, prevailing State Minimum Wage Rates must be complied with as per MGL Ch 149 section 26-27d.
