Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
A. The Work of the Contract consists of 1. Replace existing buried electrical cable and conduit from the handhole at Building containing units #18-20 to service entry point at building containing units #21-23. 2. Trenching/duct bank per National Electrical Code requirements. 3. Coordination of final connection to existing site secondary distribution with National Grid 4. Connect new site secondary feeders to new meter socket (meter provided by National Grid). 5. Backfill/replacement of Bituminous paving and sidewalk as required 6. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 7. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 8. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. 9. Protection of excavations with steel "road plates" until backfill and bituminous paving is restored. 10. Refer to Sections 32 13 14 Bituminous Paving and 32.13.13 Concrete for details as well as drawings. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: 1 year The Project consists of: Replacement of underground cable and conduit and associated work Replace Underground Cable for Miles Morgan Development 667-1, Wilbraham, MA.
