As of May 8, 2023. The project has been awarded to DK Services & Rentals, LLC with the amount of $29.800. Camden County School system contractors will verify its compliance with O.C.G.A. 13-10-91, stating affirmatively that the individual, firm or corporation which is engaged in the physical performance of services on behalf of (name of public employer) has registered with, is authorized to use and uses the federal work authorization program commonly known as E-Verify, or any subsequent replacement program, in accordance with the applicable provisions and deadlines established in O.C.G.A. 13-10-91. Furthermore, the undersigned contractor will continue to use the federal work authorization program throughout the contract period and the undersigned contractor will contract for the physical performance of services in satisfaction of such contract only with subcontractors who present an affidavit to the contractor with the information required by O.C.G.A. 13-10-91(b). Contractor will provide its federal work authorization user identification number and date of authorization on an affidavit provided with the contract when awarded the project o Preparation for demolition may begin at any time after the award of the project. This can include removal of items needed prior to demolition of the portables. o The area around the portables will be fenced off with Do Not Enter signs for a construction zone. o Demolition and removal of debris may begin at 3:30 pm on March 31, 2023 and continue until end of day April 9, 2023. o The site should be suitable to begin school on April 9, 2023. It is likely that some debris and final clean up may not have occurred by this date. The site should be safe and suitable for school to begin. o Contractor will provide Certificate of Liability showing Camden County Schools as the Certificate Holder. o The requested project end date is April 16, 2023. There is no commitment to accept any proposal; school system budget will dictate the acceptance of the proposal for contract. The superintendent or designee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
