The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Sum of five percent (5%) of the bidders total bid amount as calculated by the Department for payment Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA R.S. 37:2150 2192 for the classification of Building Construction. Mandatory Site Visit The Contractor Shall Contact the Project Engineer to Visit Both Sites Before Bidding on This Project. Failure to Visit the Project Sites Will Be Cause to Reject the Bid.
