Scope of Services: The scope of work shall consist of, but is not limited to, the new construction of approximately 885 linear feet along with a 35 foot radius cul de sac of open ditch asphaltic concrete roadway, the removal of 1 inch of existing surfacing to be stockpiled for use as shoulder material, excavation and embankment, in place cement stabilized base course, asphaltic concrete overlay, aggregate surface course for shoulders, replacement of driveways and culverts, installation of new storm drain pipe, catch basins, headwall and flexible revetment, and miscellaneous associated work and appurtenances. Work shall be completed within 120 working days. In accordance with Louisiana RS 38:2212., vendors may submit their bid electronically at the website listed above. Contractors wishing to submit their bid electronically must first be registered online with Lafayette Consolidated Government as a potential supplier at the website listed above.
