The District is requesting bids for Lawncare and Groundskeeping services for Contract A - Atherton Wastewater Treatment Plant in Independence, MO, Pump and Meter Stations in Eastern Jackson County, Excess Flow Hold Basins at I-470 & Raytown Road and/or Contract B - Middle Big Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Pleasant Hill, MO and Pump Stations. Bidders may submit pricing for Contract A and B or "only" Contract A or "only" Contract B. The services will primarily include mowing, trimming, fence line mowing and weed control in designated gravel areas and access roads. The specifications are attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Little Blue Valley Sewer District (referred to as the District) reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids, and to select the bid(s) deemed most advantageous to the District.
