Renovation of a municipal facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project will consist of improvements to the Water Utilities Building envelope by removing the existing roof system in its entirety and replacing with an energy efficient mechanically fastened PVC 50mil membrane, 20-year warranty cool roof system. Project also includes but is not limited to: repair any damaged roof decking; provide and install new metal ladder support with platform and handrail; repair or replace existing PVC electrical conduit on the roof for existing exterior lighting; remove and reinstall existing mechanical equipment, vents, etc.; remove and reuse existing aluminum gutter and downspout.
