SRC requires the supply of Oversized FRP Tanks for the SXU in Saskatoon. Scope of work includes... 1.) Tagged equipment as follows: 115-TNK-04 Bank 2 Treated Organic Tank 115-TNK-05 Bank 2 Concentrated Organic Tank 2.) All engineering and associated calculations, material selections, and CAD work required to complete each custom tank design according to the requirements of the RFQ documentation package including the information specified in Appendix A. 3.) General arrangement drawing for each tank, submitted to SRC for approval 4.) All labour, material, and services for the design, manufacture, and supply of the equipment as specified, including but not limited to shop assembly, testing, quality assurance and surveillance, packing and crating for safe transportation, and site support. 5.) Painting for corrosive environment, as applicable 6.) Lifting lugs for tank installation and maintenance 7.) Blind flanges where indicated in the nozzle schedules in Appendix A 8.) Manway for each tank located in sidewall 9.) Access ladder with cage and circumferential rooftop guardrail for each tank 10.) All fittings and accessories to meet the requirements of the RFQ documentation package 11.) Any required hardware required for installation, including gaskets
