Site work for a water / sewer project in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. Prepare construction drawings and technical specifications for the construction of a new 500,000 gallon tower in addition to any associated site piping, site work, water main extensions, booster station and pressure reducing valve. As part of the preparation, the consultant will verify the appropriate size and volume of the tower. B. Review City's Water System Master Plan (2022) to confirm tower recommendations. C. Evaluate the City's existing SCADA system and propose any possible updates. D. Assist the City in obtaining all necessary permits and approvals needed for construction of the tower. E. Assist the City in determining the appropriate location for the new tower. F. Assist the City with at least one public information meeting. G. Prepare an opinion of probable cost at the commencement of their work and update said cost estimate throughout the project (30-60-90 percent project development). H. Provide bidding assistance including answering technical questions and reviewing the project bids. Online bidding is acceptable
