St. Croix County will receive sealed bids for work to construct a Storage Building at the Service Center located at 1752 Dorset Lane, New Richmond, WI 54017.Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked "New Richmond Service Center Storage Building" with the name and address of the bidder, and the date and hour of the opening. Bids may not be withdrawn or modified within 60 days after Bids are opened. The Owner's intent of award or judgment will be announced within that period. The completed form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. A pre-bid conference will not be held. However, you may contact Kris Bos (Cell # 715-245-1749) to arrange a site visit at the Service Center building.
