Renovation of a medical facility in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Notice is hereby given that St. Croix County will receive sealed bids for work to repair the roof at the Health and Rehab Center located at 1445 North 4th Street, New Richmond, WI 54017. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Make Bids on the bid form supplied in the Front-End Document. No oral, telegraphic, emailed or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidders bond payable to St. Croix County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Bidders Proof of Responsibility shall be furnished upon request of the Engineer or Owner. St. Croix County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part, and to waive bidding informalities or irregularities, and to award the contract in the best interests of the County. The Owner may make investigations as deemed necessary to determine the qualifications and ability of the Bidders to perform the work. State of Wisconsin policies regarding payment of minimum wages and equal employment opportunity apply to this project. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked Health and Rehab Center Roof Repair with the name and address of the bidder, and the date and hour of the opening. Bids may not be withdrawn or modified within 60 days after Bids are opened. The Owners intent of award or judgment will be announced within that period. The completed form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Completion date - October 1, 2023 Question Deadline 06/20/2023 at 4:00 PM CT
