The work to be performed under this specification shall include but is not limited to the following: Attend necessary job meetings and furnish competent and full time supervision, experienced roof mechanics, all materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete, in an acceptable manner, the roof membrane/flashing system installation in accordance with this specification. Comply with the latest written application instructions of the manufacturer of the primary roofing products. Prequalified firms are invited to submit an offer under seal to The Nassau County School Board for the Window Replacement at Emma Love Hardee Elementary School, located at 2200 Susan Drive, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. 1. The project involves demolition of existing windows in Building 1 of the Emma Love Hardee Elementary School Campus and the installation of new aluminum storefront system. The project also involves patch and repair of roof edge at each of the replaced window locations. Any Addenda will be distributed electronically to plan holders of record. E. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. F. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. G. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. H.
