Site work for a mixed-use development in Minot AFB, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a three-story above grade communication facility.
Provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, and transportation to and from job site to Install Minot AFB Building 475 Communication Towers (Project 1132017) in accordance with the project Statement of Work Specifications and Drawings. The contractor shall install two communication towers on the Building 475 third story roof with guy wires, two weather head and roof penetrations, ground cables and conduit inside the building, a ground rod drove into the earth beside the building and connection to the existing grounding bar. Magnitude of this solicitation is between $100,000.00 - $250,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
