Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Minot AFB, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The 5th Civil Engineering Squadron of Minot AFB is requesting the supply and install of an Air Supported Structure (Dome) for the outdoor track and field, located at McAdoo Fitness Center. The contractor is responsible for supplying and installing all components including membranes, pressure rated doors, inflation systems and controls, emergency back-up systems, anchoring system, lighting, insulation, and automated system with remote access. Please see the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, and it's attachments, for all requirements pertaining to the solicitation. Vendors are required to submit all questions in writing to arrive no later than 10:00 AM Central Time on 12 July 2023; questions submitted after this date may not be answered. Attendance at the site visit is voluntary, however highly encouraged. All attendees are to always keep their ID on them during the site visit. All costs associated with attending the site visit shall be retained by the vendor. Please send an email to SSgt Justin Loughrey at justin.loughrey@us.af.mil and Ms. Sara Chesser at sara.chesser.2@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 AM CT, 05 July 2023 for those individuals who will be attending the site visit.
