Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Aloha, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
No bid will be considered unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier s check, or surety bond executed by a State licensed surety company, payable to the Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District in an amount equal to ten percent of the Base Bid. No interest will be paid on bid security. This construction will be carried out under one General Construction Agreement covering the construction work on this project. These Instructions To Bidders amend or supplement any other provisions of the Bidding and Contract Documents. This agreement includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the completion of all work in connection with the project described in this Project Manual and all accompanying Drawings.
