Scope of Work Washington County Supportive Housing Services is seeking to purchase Pallet Shelter, or equal, units for temporary shelter for those who are currently unhoused as well as installation of those units. Pallet Shelter patent documents are attached for reference. This bidincludes provision and installation of Pallet Shelter Homes or equal Substitutions for Pallet Shelters must be approved prior to bidding or bids for such products will be found non-responsive. The County requires 30 units to be delivered as quickly as possible with another 30 to be ordered at a later date. Any request for substitutions must be submitted for consideration no later than April 19, 2023. Substitution requests shall be submitted via email to: Suzi Fulcher at suzi_fulcher@washingtoncountyor.gov.
