Deviation from these dates and/or formats may disqualify the Bidder(s) from selection. The period of this contract will be 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The company awarded the bid, herein known as the Contractor, will receive written notice to proceed prior to beginning work. These mains are the responsibility and access is available through the Oglala Sioux Tribe Water and Sewer Company. The scope of work outlined in this RFP is intended to use lateral launch technology to positively identify sewer service line location and condition branching of several sewer mains in the City of Pine Ridge. This will allow for better operation, repair service line and identify sources of leaks into the sewer system. Bidders shall base their bids on items considered necessary, but not specifically identified in the RFP. A description of any recommended additional items and associated costs shall be provided with the proposal.
