The On-Call Engineering Services Consultant will be required to perform a variety of task-oriented work assignments of various durations and scope during the term of the Order for Professional Services (OPS). Each OPS will be awarded in the amount of $5,000,000 for an initial two-year term. The maximum allowable value for each individual work task assignment will be $750,000. The Authority will have the option to extend the term of the OPS by one year, at the Authority's discretion so long as the total authorized fee has remaining monies Inquiries pertaining to this RFEOI are to be directed in writing to Joseph Livingston, via e-mail to livingston@njta.com. The deadline for inquiries is March 28, 2023. The Authority will respond to all written inquiries received. Each inquiry will be stated, and a written response provided. Responses will be posted on the Authority's website under Doing Business, Current Solicitations on or before March 30, 2023. Consultants will be responsible for submitting their EOIs in accordance with the RFEOI and any modifications, revisions, and/or clarifications thereto as a result of the posted responses. Late inquiries may not be reviewed or considered. This Multi-Project Solicitation is for professional services required to provide on-call engineering services for a two- year term with an option for a one-year extension as authorized by, and in the sole discretion of the Authority.
