Please direct all questions pertaining to this section to: kimlaw@lseacorp.com Henryabderhalden@lseacorp.com AND LS@WoodbridgeHousingAuthority.org Housing Authority of the Township of Woodbridge Façade Upgrades at Adams and Finn Towers The Housing Authority of the Township of Woodbridge (Authority) will receive sealed bids for the façade upgrades at Adams and Finn Towers, two high rise residential buildings located next to each other on Rahway Ave in Woodbridge, NJ as per the Technical Specifications included in the Contract Documents. Bidders must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue and with the New Jersey Department of Labor as a Public Works contractor at the time the bids are received. The Authority does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin, creed, color, ancestry, age, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, familial status, liability for service in the Armed Forces of the United States, or nationality. The above and all other contract and bid requirements are described in the contract documents. Pre-Bid meetings shall be by appointment only.
