Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 68,064-square-foot educational facility.
B Wing renovation and center for air project. The B Wing Renovation Scope Consists Of Approximately 35,000 Sqft Of Renovation. The Renovated Spaces Consist Of Welding Lab & Classroom, Ev Auto Lab, Industrial Maintenance Lab, Electro Mechanical And Apprenticeship Computer Labs, Architectural And Mechanical Design Labs, And Rapid Protoytping Lab. New Mens And Womens Handicap Accessible Toilet Rooms. The Center For Air Addition Is A 15,000 Sqft Building Addition Consisting Of Robot Room/classroom, Robotic Maintenance Stations, Cert Cart Robots, Machining Center, Robodrill Cnc Labs, Otto Docking Stations, And Robots/electro Mechanical Work Areas. All Of These Spaces Will Receive Updated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire Protection Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of bids.
