The Butte County Public Works Department (County) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from a firm or team of firms to provide Construction Quality Assurance Monitoring (CQA) and reporting for construction projects at the Neal Road Recycling and Waste Facility (NRRWF). County’s request, Contractor shall provide a scope of work and budget for CQA services necessary for construction projects. A written "Task Order" shall be issued by the County to the Contractor authorizing the work required by the County. These Task Orders shall contain both a scope of work, pictures of the project and budget that adequately describes the intended project. The Task Order must be approved before work begins. County will issue a notice to proceed once the written “Task Order” is complete.
