Renovation of a municipal facility in Monroe, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,680-square-foot municipal facility.
Prime Bidders & major subcontractors may receive a complete PDF set of plans and specifications upon request to the office of the Engineer. Potential bidders are advised to familiarize themselves with the Bidder Qualifications contained in the specifications prior to submitting bid documents. All questions should be directed to the Engineer by email. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to award contract to other than the low bidder should it be deemed in their best interest.
