Only questions received prior to 04/25/2023 by 2:00pm (as per Purchasing Department time clock) will be considered. Offerors should enter "RFQ 3-97000072 Structural Engineering Services" as the subject for the email. Answers to all inquiries will be posted as an addendum to the Interactive Purchasing System (IPS) website and emailed directly back to the offeror. SCOPE OF WORK o Examine, evaluate, and report current condition of structures to Owner. o Provide recommendations of repairs and maintenance to sustain the integrity of the structure. o Design provide scope of work for bidding purposes. o Obtain approval from all Authority have Jurisdiction (AHJ). o Inspect and approve work performed by Contractors. A list of UCPS projects that may require these services are listed within Appendix A. UCPS is specifically looking for Professional Engineering Firms with a minimum of 10 years of experience successfully completing projects associated with sports fields and drainage improvement projects.
