Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bethel, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes, but is not limited to, construction of two (2) pickleball courts, fencing, asphalt pavement resurfacing, and other associated work as more fully described on the Construction Drawings. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/11/2023 3:00 PM Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project. Bethel Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. The project is located at Frystown Park in Bethel Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. The site coordinates are 40 26' 56.31" N, 76 19' 54.53" W. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via the "Questions" feature in PennBid
