As of November 13, 2023, the project has been completed, however, an exact timeline of construction has not been confirmed. Martha Drive Reconstruction Project. The work generally includes pavement restoration on Martha Drive. The entirety of the work is located in Bethel Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Individual descriptions of the work for each bid item are set forth in the bid documents. Questions shall be submitted via the "Clarifications" feature within PennBid. Question Deadline 07/11/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the bid work. Bethel Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
