West Chester University is seeking a General Construction contractor to perform the following scope of work. Work included under this project consists of recovering the existing mechanically attached EPDM membrane roof on the Merion Science Center Tower (Roof 'A') and replacing the existing ballasted EPDM roof and fully adhered EPDM roof on the first-floor roofs 'B' and 'C' respectively, and associated work. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the providing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, and equipment; and, performing all work necessary to complete the preparation and/or removal of the existing EPDM roofs and the installation of new fully adhered .090" thick EPDM membrane roof systems to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of, the Professional, West Chester University, and the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
