Provide construction & alteration services necessary for the installation of data and electrical cabling including outlets and receptacles suitable for an office building. Work will be performed in building 507E at the Richmond VA Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. This is a total SDVOSB set aside. IWA FAR 36.204, Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors | Size Standard $19.0 M Contractors must be registered in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification Database (VETCERT) as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owner Small Business (SDVOSB). (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) The contractor will provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to install coax and Cat6 cables with jacks and ports in building 507E of the Richmond VA medical center. This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures and prime SDVOSBs shall comply with subcontracting limitation as defined in 13 CFR 125.6. Contractor shall provide Cat 6a cabling. 3. All cable is required to be installed in code compliant metallic raceways in the crawl space. 4. Power receptacles and data jack boxes will be installed 12" above the floor. 5. Contractor will pull data from the closet located in 507-D Room D118 (approx. 77') 6.
