The Project shall include, but is not limited to, all items as shown on the Drawings and as specified in the Contract Documents including all submittals; mobilization; abatement; demolition; all required project management; site security and safety; traffic control; permitting (including permitting costs); all labor tools equipment and conveying of materials necessary to perform the work; all weather protection; all utility work (capping of utilities with licensed contractors prior to starting any demolition) including permits and coordination with various City entities providing a complete and comprehensive scope of work as outlined in this RFP. This is a single source RFP where the successful respondent will be responsible for all aspects of the Project; and all other appurtenant work and cleanup necessary for its completion.
