The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Auburn University is soliciting competitive bids to implement a Electrical Job Order Contract (JOC) continuing contract also known as a Task Order Contract. Job Order Contracting is a quantity type of construction contract that will enable Auburn University to accomplish construction projects utilizing pre-determined (set) pricing with a contractor adjustment factor applied. In accordance with Code of Alabama, 39-2-2(a), prequalification is required for this project. The prequalification application is available on the Auburn University Public Works Bid Calendar online.
